Upload your rental agreement
Rental agreements are optional documents you can add to your listing to expand on your house rules and set expectations with guests.
Requirements:
- If you use a rental agreement, make sure it doesn't conflict with your house rules.
- If you have more than one listing, you should have a unique rental agreement for each property.
- Your rental agreement must be in PDF format.
Upload your rental agreement
- Log in to your account.
- Select the listing if you have more than one rental property.
- Select Property from the navigation menu.
- Select Rules & policies from the dropdown menu.
- Select the Rental agreement tab.
- Select Upload a rental agreement.
- Locate and select your PDF agreement document on your device.
- Select Save.
