Dr. Leah Cochrane

Dr. Cochrane has been working as a lifespan psychologist and neuropsychologist in group private practice settings in New Hampshire since graduating from Antioch University New England in 2010. She and Dr. Monaco have been working together since 2005. She is skilled at forming connections with her clients and working alongside them to explore and identify individual strengths and vulnerabilities, as well as environmental and systemic factors at play.

Dr. Cochrane's ultimate goal for each evaluation is to produce a detailed and readable report that helps to provide a “road map” that clients, families, and treatment teams can utilize to more expansively understand the client, and determine how to best move forward in support of this individual. The enjoyment she takes helping clients navigate through the evaluation process is readily apparent upon meeting her.

In addition to her focus on lifespan neuropsychology, Dr. Cochrane also has experience working with the veteran population, both within the VA Medical Center setting, as well as more recently conducting disability evaluations for the VA. Our Practice:

We use the latest neuropsychological assessment tools and brain-based research to help individuals identify how various cognitive, emotional, social, neurodevelopmental, and behavioral processes interact with one another and contribute to their overall functioning and well-being. We believe that in order to provide accurate diagnoses and focused, actionable interventions, it is essential to consider the whole person and the different environments in which they function.

Our goal is to provide each person we see with a better understanding of themselves as a spark that will allow them to move forward to where they want to be in their life.
